Description of Qtz 50 series tower cranes
Qtz 50 series tower cranes are the smallest and most economical of the family of tower cranes manufactured by Dahan Construction Machinery. Most often, the QTZ 50 series of cranes is used in low-rise construction, construction of shopping centers, sports facilities, administrative and cultural facilities, buildings erected using light construction structures, as well as on larger-scale construction projects in combination with more powerful tower cranes. The reducer of the Qtz 50 tower crane of imported (not Chinese) production ensures smooth running, reliability and durability of its operation. The PLC control system (programmable logic controller) provides interaction of all mechanisms of Dahan tower cranes. This system uses the installed sensors to get the parameters of the crane operation in automatic mode, analyzes and predicts possible failures in the operation of the tower crane systems. The cab with a large impact-resistant viewing glass is equipped with a comfortable seat and a clear control system for the tower crane, which guarantees safety and low fatigue for the crane operator.
All accessories are accepted from home famous brands and electrical parts from international famous brands.

All parts and components of the Dahan tower crane use Intel trademarks. Electrical equipment with Schneider neutralizer, aviation, stainless steel junction box and three hitch control consoles has the functions of low failure rate and easy installation.
The lifting mechanism is provided by leading manufacturer Jiangte engine or Dezhou Shengjian, all with engine oil, free maintenance, high reliability and low maintenance costs.
Brake support uses MA'anshan fangyuan trademark or Rothe Erde trademark, twice in data processing mitigation allows for smoother operation and longer tower crane life.
High-strength bolts adopt marine scale DACROMET technology. It may not rust for ten years. Swiss screw thread mounting bolts preload up to 30% compared to traditional bolts. The weight and speed limiter use a tension ring and a cast aluminum body is used for lifting, derricking the limit stop to extend the service life.
